GET PASSED AT LAUGHING BUDDHA COMEDY
Ready to take the next step? You’ve been working hard, hitting the mics, and your act is ready to be seen by LBC’s bookers. When you audition on one of our weekly shows, you will receive feedback on your set and ultimately have the chance to get passed, which means guest spots and a chance to join our rotation of comics at LBC, and also be introduced to our industry partners, including managers, club owners, casting directors, agents, and more.

STARS OF TOMORROW & AUDITIONS
Ready to take the next step? You’ve been working hard, hitting the mics, and your act is ready for our weekly prime-time shows, where you will have the chance to perform alongside professional comedians, be seen by LBC’s bookers, receive feedback, and ultimately get passed. That means guest spots and a chance to join our rotation at LBC. Comics should prepare their best 5 minutes and be ready to kill!
“BUDDHA BATTLE” (Win a one month residency)
Our hallmark competition show, usually held in our largest venues to adoring crowds. It’s a regular show, not a roast, where the top comic (as decided by our staff and audience) wins a one month residency. This is a great show for all levels, but you will need to bring your “A” game to win it all!
HEADLINER SERIES
Have you ever wanted to headline your own show but dread producing it? Introducing our new Headliner Series at The Buddha Room, where you can make serious $$$, perform, and have nothing to worry about. If you can bring in a large crowd (20 or more), you can walk away with a professional tape featuring your extended set (15 to 20 minutes), a significant door $ split, and more. GET PAID
In this fun show we give you the opportunity to earn $$$ for bringing guests. We split the door with you, less some expenses, and you can either walk with your new found comedy earnings or choose additional stage time instead.

Our shows are recognized as the very best by the industry themselves who feel LBC regulars are a year or two ahead of their peers. When you want to be seen by a particular guest, be it a manager, booker, or casting director, we have the show to connect you. This show is great for new as well as experienced comics, as many of our guests want to see YOU before you break through!
